Welcome to the Community of St. Andrews

St. Andrews & Districts Veterans Memorial Association     
Our objective is to establish a memorial to citizens of the St. Andrews area of Antigonish County who served our country in the defence of freedom.

     The Society invites  every member of our community to assist the society in honouring our veterans. If you have information on a family member, a friend or neighbour that served in the military during World Wars 1 and 11, the Korean Conflict or peacekeeping actions around the world please forward that information to any member of our committee listed below. 

     We also invite suggestions as to the type of memorial that would properly honour our veterans.

Upcoming Events
Veteran Profile Submission:

The following information is requested to properly identify and honour the over 300 veterans from our area:
  • Name, date and place of birth & death
  • Brief Family History
  • Picture (in uniform if possible)
  • Short description of dates and locations of service
  • Information about their lie after military service
